Stream B

There are two levels of recognition:

  • Award: An Award is given for projects that demonstrate the highest level of achievement within this category, in accordance with the judging criteria. In recognition that the project outcome is the result of deep collaboration between the client and the interior designer, the award is granted to both. Both the client and the practice will receive a framed certificate and use of the Australian Interior Design Awards logo for printed and promotional materials (on request).
  • Commendation: A Commendation is given for projects that demonstrate high standards of achievement within their category, in accordance with the judging criteria. Award Commendations receive a certificate and use of the Australian Interior Design Awards logo for printed and promotional materials (on request).

The Stream B shortlist will not be published online. Jurors will, at their discretion, visit shortlisted entries to determine which projects will receive commendations and awards. Shortlisted entrants and their clients will be contacted by 11 March 2016, so that jury site visits can take place between the dates of 17 and 19 March 2016.
